How do I schedule an appointment with you?

What should I do to prepare for my J&T Elite Cleaning?
We appreciate if you will provide our cleaning team with a clutter-free environment. We suggest that you pick up toys, dishes in sink, clothing and other items, and make room for us to clean. If that environment does not exist, we may not be able to fully complete your clean.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you’re ever unhappy with an area we cleaned please let us know same day or within 24 hrs, we’ll return and fix area you are unhappy with as we guarantee our work.
Who will be cleaning my home?
A team of professional house cleaners trained and employed by J&T Elite Cleaning, will clean your home. All of our employees are fully insured, and bonded.
Do I need to provide house cleaning supplies?
J&T Elite Cleaning provide all cleaning supplies but we use your vacuum for sanitary reasons.
(except for move in/out cleanings, we will provide the vacuum)
If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, please be sure to discuss this with us so that we can properly instruct our team.
How much will it cost to clean my home?
When determining your home cleaning cost we recognize that every home is as unique as the homeowner. We base your exact price on many factors including pets, clutter, floor types, as well as, the number of people who live there. Will you come on the same day and time for each clean?
While we can commit to a specific day, there are many factors throughout the day that may affect our actual arrival time. If you desire an estimated time of arrival on the day of your clean, please let us know and we’ll be glad to accommodate your requests upon availability.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Absolutely not. In fact, most of our customers prefer not to be home when we clean!
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
We love animals so it’s whatever you are comfortable with on if you want to crate them while we clean or leave them out. Our cleaning professionals are not permitted to pick up animal excrement.
How do I pay for my home cleaning?
Payment is due the day of each scheduled clean. Most of our customers simply leave a check on the kitchen counter or pay by credit card via Square app or cash.
Will I always have the same people cleaning my home?
We do our best to have the same professional house cleaners in your home every time we clean. However, sometimes due to vacations, illness, or cleans being rescheduled we will have to send a different cleaner or team instead. Our primary goal is to provide a consistent clean no matter who cleans your home.
How do you determine how much it will cost for me to have my house cleaned?
We evaluate the size of your home, how many rooms will be cleaned, the condition of your home, distance, and the frequency at which we’ll be coming to your home to clean.
How do you ensure the security of my home?
Most customers provide a key or garage code to enter the home. Our employees are thoroughly screened before starting work with us. They also use technology to check in and out of each clean so we know the exact times they were in your home.
Can we skip cleaning appointments?
People have busy lives and we try to accommodate and add convenience to your life. If you plan a vacation or need to cancel a cleaning, we ask for reasonable prior notice. Additional cleaning rate may be charged depending on your recurring schedule.
We prefer as much advance notice as possible but, we expect a minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancellation otherwise, you may be asked to pay 50% of cleaning fee.
What happens if something is damaged?
We are completely respectful of your home and possessions however; if something were to be damaged by one of our cleaning professionals, we will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. We are fully insured and bonded
What are your hours?
Our residential cleaning customers normally prefer weekday cleanings from 9:00 – 6:00 pm
We also provide commercial cleaning services which normally requires evening & weekend cleanings.
